Advent Capital Investments Ltd hires Christi Vosloo as Head of ESG, UK

Advent Capital Investments Ltd, the specialist UK real estate investment manager wholly owned by Advent Group Asset Managers, has hired Christi Vosloo as Head of ESG, UK.

Vosloo, who joined the business in mid-August, will play a key role in ensuring implementation of the ESG strategy at Advent Capital Investments Ltd, whilst working closely with the ESG team at Advent Group and further embedding sustainability considerations across the business through its transactions, developments, refurbishments and operations.

Prior to joining Advent Capital Investments Ltd, Vosloo was an associate director at Jones Lang LaSalle in London where she advised clients on the development and implementation of ESG strategies. Vosloo was responsible for the climate risk management and Task-Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) service, supporting clients with climate risk assessment, management and disclosure. Vosloo has extensive experience supporting real estate clients on ESG and sustainability reporting, as well as the implementation of comprehensive strategies that address material issues such as environmental performance, climate resilience, health and wellbeing, tenant liaison and social/community engagement.
