Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)

The EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”) comes into effect on 10 March 2021. SFDR imposes new transparency obligations and periodic reporting requirements on investment management firms at both a product and manager level.

As a UK alternative investment fund manager, Advent Capital Investments Ltd is not currently in scope for SFDR, although many of our ESG initiatives are broadly in line with SFDR principles.
