Advent Capital Investments Ltd was delighted to host its annual seminar on Thursday 30th September from 2.15pm, live at The King's Fund and also via livestream.

The event focused on charity investments, in particular the property sector, as we emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic. Simon Martindale, Fund Director, provided an update on the Property Income Trust for Charities (www.pitch-fund.co.uk). Other Advent Capital Investments Ltd and guest speakers gave their perspectives on the economy and property markets, with a focus on the key drivers of economic and societal change accelerated by the pandemic; including working practices, diversity, climate change, ESG and what this means for real estate investors.
