Notice on re-opening of the Property Income Trust for Charities

Dear Investor,

On Wednesday 9 September, we received confirmation from the Fund’s external valuer (Cushman and Wakefield) that the ‘material uncertainty clause’ is now lifted from all of the assets in the Fund. This will enable the Fund to be re-opened. There are a number of regulatory and compliance procedures that need to be satisfied before we can formally re-open and we our liaising with the Fund’s Depositary accordingly. We are hopeful that we will re-open the Fund this month and as soon as we have clarity on timing we will inform all investors.
