Simon Martindale graduates from the 2018 Advent Group KPP programme

In September 2019 Simon Martindale graduated from the Advent Group Key Persons Programme (KPP), a groupwide initiative designed to develop the careers of individuals in the Group and foster collaboration across teams in different divisions across borders. Simon received his certificate from Advent Group Group CEO Patrick Frost at a ceremony in Zurich.

Modules covered on the 12 month course included strategy, finance and leadership. Simon follows James Feilden as a KPP graduate of the previous year’s intake.
