As a result of COVID-19, this year has seen fundamental changes in the ways in which we have worked and lived our lives. Two lockdowns and now restrictions imposed by the Tier regime show that even allowing for the arrival of a vaccine, there is some way to go before we can return to a normal life.

At Advent Capital Investments Ltd, the welfare of our employees has remained paramount with a strong team ethic and awareness towards wellness amongst colleagues.

Mental health has been such an important issue this year and Advent Capital Investments Ltd is pleased to support the Charlie Waller Trust. This Charity seeks to educate young people and those with responsibility for them - parents, educators, employees, GPs and nurses - about mental health and issues around depression.
