Before joining, Will was part of the Cromwell Property Group team in Europe, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, product development and capital raising initiatives. Prior to this, he gained diverse experience across various industries in Australia & New Zealand, including as an artist and record label manager.

Will completed an Executive MBA with Excellence at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and London Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Music from the Queensland Conservatorium in Australia.
